My 8 week old daughter is coughing, help?

She doesnt have a doctor yet because of an insurance issue, but she'll be getting one in the next few days, but until then, what should I do? Last night she spit up clear fluid, and this morning she's been coughing and sneezing, and she sounds a little congested.. Me and my boyfriend (the dad) also woke up sick this morning with a sore throat and a stuffy nose.. Should I take her to the ER? What can I do to make her feel better, I feel so bad... =[
