Rca television problems?

i have a 20 inch rca tru flat with built in dvd in my room i cant return it but i have had trouble with it like when u turn it on sometimes it turns right back off and when u turn it off sometimes it turns right back on and sometimes the ons dont work on the tv or remote please help there is nothing wrong with the battery
