There was a show on i think the cw or abc about 4 sisters and their mother died.?

It's NOT CHARMED! It was on maybe 3or 4 years ago. There were 4 sisters and there was something about rosemar and i know their mother died. I know it sounds stupid; but i can't remb. the name of the show.
