On MTV's "Run's House" did they adopt Miley?

I don't remember the mom being pregnant the first season and then the second season, Miley suddenly appears and she's not a newborn. I was just wondering if they maybe adopted her. Another question I had is does anyone else think that the show seems to favor Russy over the other young boy (I can't even remember his name!)? Russy seems to get all the camera time. He's a cute kid but way to probably make his brother feel left out MTV! Jo Jo is boring. I like Vanessa but I don't care for Angela. She has a really annoying voice. And all they do is shop! I love RUN though! He's awesome. I loved the episode when they showed him with Kid Rock performing and he still is fun to watch even though he's getting old! I grew up with Run DMC so I really like the show. I'm rambling, sorry!
