What if Gov. Rod Blagojevich is found not guilty in a Court of Law?

You can be impeached for ethics violations which don't necessarily end up in a court of law... so it's very possible Blago could not be convicted of anything and still be rightfully impeached. In this case, the prosecutor had to stop the wire taps prematurely because the media had been leaked the story and were getting ready to run with it. So they had enough to prove that he was acting unethically, but whether or not he had (yet) done anything illegal remains to be seen.
