Do people with OCD love more intensely?

I read a study in National Geographic that said people who are in love are a lot like individuals with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, because of the excess serotonin in the brain that makes them think a lot of one person. So, I was wondering, would a person with OCD love "more intensely" than a normal individual?
