My Son wants Uggs should i get them for him?

Hes 13 and he has a lot friends who r girls and hes kinda femine but not gay he had a girl friends hes more metroual...and he asked for Short UGG boots, or ugg slippers he wuld wear them around the house or to like the grocery store deffanatly not school. should i get them for him?
