Does the University of Vermont have a Culinary College?

My BFF and I want to go to the same college, and she wants to go to University of Vermont. I wanted to go to Harvard abut I have a long shot of going there unless I get a scholarship for it. So does the University of Vermont let you study the Culinary course? If not... I'll try for Harvard or some other good college.
