Everyone I know that has tried the different diets... they don't work. Atkins, you can lose, but if you go off it, you gain. Plus, it isn't healthy. I have a friend that finally joined Medical Weight Loss Clinic (course that costs $$$) but she has lost probably 80 lbs. or more. I think if you can't do that, you just have to eat more fruits and veggies and watch the fat content and walk!! Walk!! You have to burn more than you take in. Good luck!!
