Please help! can I get into UC santa barbara?

after junior year: gpa 3.3, sat 2220 (but might go higher) very decent highschool, 1 year wrestling, 1 year track, 3 years kickboxing, 200 plus hours volunteer. some other minor extracurricular. I got suspended 3 days freshman year. ill write a pretty damn good essay if I need to. I am bilingual, 800 on sat 2 chinese, 700 on other ones. can I get in? what do I have to do?
