How do you build a foam pit for snowboarding?

I really want to build a foam pit to help with my snowboard abilities. I need it to be kinda cheap because I'm not sure how much money i'll be able to put into it. I also need to now how big it should be. Or is there any places I could buy a cheap foam pit? Would it cost less? Any suggestions or ideas?
