Giant Dog Footprints 2000 - 2004?

How much bigger? It could have been a wolf's print because the snow makes prints look bigger than they actually are. And you could be remembering it wrong considering you were only 5 or 6. Sorry that I don't have some supernatural explanation but don't worry, A lot of people ume the supernatural with thinks that could be explained scientifically or practically. ^_^
