Fantasy Football Help?

hey guys im in a 14 team PPR league, we do .1 point per rushing yard, same with receiving. I have the 13th spot in the draft. Do you think it would be a stretch to take either Pierre Thomas or Ryan Grant with my 2nd pick. Im very high on both of them. Tell me what you think and if it will pay off or not.
